Return Policy

Most of our items are made-to-order, so all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products.

However, if you have a specific question or concern regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at kp@kissingparty.io. While we cannot guarantee returns, we will do our best to work something out if possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size. While we cannot guarantee exchanges for all items, we will do our best to accommodate size exchanges when possible.

To request an exchange, please email us at kp@kissingparty.io with your order details. If your exchange is approved, you’ll need to ship the original item back to us at your expense. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will place a new order for the correct size.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways, but you will not be charged for the new item.
